1. Returns

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping fees and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for further assistance.
3. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect product, weโll gladly exchange it for the correct one. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
